- curious to meet and exchange with other journalists? fond of travelling to Tbilisi and Berlin?
- committed to spread inputs from the labs to colleagues? keen on increasing the performance of your articles?
- openminded to exchange about migration, integration and human rights?

- full commitment
- active participation in all three labs (the selective participation in only one or two labs is not possible)
